You need to have bonus CD or downloaf overides extra merchants from ironworks, and you will find a dame at the second stair in the adventure mart that sells alot of goodies, Robe of Vechna among other things and of course Shield of Baldurn..

I think you need to have the extra disc that you got if you preordered it.
I do know you can download it and it gives you two extra shopkeepers, the one who has the sheild and some other cool stuff is int The Advenurers Mart. I THINK!

The extra CD that you need is for the Collector's CD. I think the download they have on the site does both, but just for your information. IWD stuff is on Bonus CD.
