Yes, once you have the picture scanned and in a JPG format (or whatever), you can treat it like any other file. You can send it as an attachment or if you have Outlook or something similar, you can just drag and drop the file into the message. If you know that the person that you send it to can not take it as part of the message (sometimes happens) then you can send it as an attachment. Also, if you have ICQ or some other program, you can file send this way too. I used to use ICQ alot for file transfers. Good luck to you. (One last thing about sending as an attachment - please note that some e-mail systems will limit how big a file they can receive - because of that, you will want to make sure the pic is smaller than 1 meg, preferrably in the 700k range at most.
