I have a problem installing pics...On BG and BGII, I have two places to stick a pic. #1)the Chars. folder and #2) the mpsave folder. On Heart of Winter, I have loaded my pics in the mp folder, but the character folder has all of the pics in it from IceWind, and not really a place to assign a new pic. So, I have only the Save screen pics changed to what I wanted...the game play screen remains unchanged...
Please...help!!

Huh?

I couldn't make heads nor tails out of your question. I know that the pictures for IWD and BG are in two different sizes. And I usually keep portraits in a Portrait directory.

I thought I'd reply to your request for immediate help, and if you clarify, I or others may be able to answer better.
