when i enter the drow city (Ust' Natha) i keep crashing shortly after i begin walking. any suggestions?

Not really sure. Sometimes too much graphical content can cause this. Try a differnt graphic setting for a few steps. Also If you have a hacked character youmay be causing some problems with compatability. Both of these are way out guesses though. I really only posted to bump you to the top after the crash.

Have you tried installing the patch. This may be one of the bugs fixed by that.
If you do have the patch then I would reccommend you try out RAISTLIN's advice. If none of this works then you may have to reload from a previous save.
