I finally finished BG2. My wife said `Thank God for that. Now we can spend some time together.` I don`t know how I`m going to tell her that I`m doing it again as a mage.
I`ve got a really silly question. If I start a multi player game, with say four members in the team, how do they fit into the story? Do Imoen, Minsc and Jaheira still play a part?
Also, is there a list somewhere of the location of the characters that can join the team?

The game plays normally with 4 characters, except you have a few less NPC interactions. Keep the 2 slots for NPC's to complete quests and then replace them. You might want to keep one slot with a female NPC permanantly in it, for the romance thread. But then again, judging by your wife's comments, that isn't something you are too keen on!

I always keep a Party of six...I enjoy my Travelling companions...

Why not just create a party with 2 to 3 PCs, just for fun (and create them in different classes). That way if you want interactions or quests, you can always pick-up a few NPCs at a time. Any characters can play a part of the story ......btw, you sure you want to start a new game??

Puzzled, is there really no way you can persuade your wife to have a try playing a multi BG II game with you ? My hubbie and me are having so much fun playing together !
