I saved the guy in the grave yard now i have a piece of cloth and a zone to search. Well i searched it high and low and i cannot find the stupid guy who buries people alive. I have the piece of cloth but nobody wants to tell me where he might be. (in the zone) Can someone tell me how i get this guy. That and how I finish the underground dungeon in the graveyard, stupid door won't allow spells or lockpick to open it they get too frightened.

Try the Northeast part of the map, the grave digger looks like a begger.

the door at the top can only be opened later in the game.
if you mean the man in red he is (spoiler)

You can only find the guy in "red" after you talked to the grave digger, be sure to do that first.
