Hello
I know this question probably has been asked before but I can't find it. The search engine gives me the message transfer error every time. I tried it three times wich takes 5 minutes per trie to get that same message.
So here it is: I entered the house with the twisted rune but I didn't get a quest involving them. Is there someone who will give me exp for killing them, and where is he/she?
And since I'm here I might ask the following question as well. I just got the limited wish quest But I think I accidently killed the merchant in the sewers(I was a little too uncaucious with fireballs). Is there another way to get this gong or is the quest lost?

There's no Twisted Rune quest for killing Shangalar and his group. The Twisted Rune battle is an Easter Egg. The only Twisted Rune 'quest' is the skinner quest which is not really related to the Rune group.

Limited wish, I can't remember, someone else may be able to help you.

If you've killed Roger the fence the quest is lost. He sends you to meet someone else but that person doesn't appear until Roger tells you about them. You haven't missed much though.
