Ok I am fighting along in the planar Sphere... and I can't kill Lavok.. any hints? I am a level 10 Cavalier...Any help is appreciated. I solved the ruins, should i do that fight first? UGH!!!

You're not supposed to kill him! When he's near death, he will give you a quest about a demon heart (if he doesn't start to talk to you when near death, initiate dialogue yourself. I f this doesn't work you probably have a bug)

Oh dear! Sorry to involve you in any of our off topic rambles Havokhound

To beat Lavok, you need magic protection removal spells like breach, spell thrust, secret words...etc. Also have your druid cast insect plague and summon elementals for distractions. Try not to have your party jammed in the stairways, leave yourself some room and you should be fine.
Ruins? What ruins are you talking about??

So just throw at him until he cries?

That's where you put the demon heart, also couple of ambush.

include away.. will be 11th level soon. I know it is nothing.. But hey why not... Not a whole many cavaliers in Arizona..

Make sure your clear both rooms (fire and ice) that lead to the engine before you put in the demon heart. It give you more "escape" room should you find yourself surrounded by golems. And yeah....the main hall right after you enter from the stairs (before the fire and ice rooms) you will be greeted by your some what hostile Cowled Wizard friend. Have fun!
