OK, she got cursed. I tracked the guy down, he supposedly freed her and then she killed him. She is still cursed. I rested and tried to cure her and nothing. Any hints would be appreciated...

You need to have Jaheria rest more than 8 hours for the curse to pass....preferrable a day or two. The annoying little icon should go away after that.

And you should have her lock of hair in inventory, just to be safe.
