If you talk to the cowled wizard in the Government district and agree to find the 'murderer' Valygar will this ruin his quest at the Planar sphere?? SPOIL ME if need be. Just curious if I should reload and not talk to the cowled wizard. Thanks.

I initially said yes to the cowled wizards but later in the conversation I said forget it. The guy threatened all kinds of stuff but it didnt amount to anything and there are no repurcusions that I know of
