BUT in some kind of games (tournaments etc) there will be banned items i think (for example, cloak of mirroring/cheating is a overkill item in the Mage Cup, etc)

I´ve been thinking on compilling all the info of the members (from your members of the clan topic) in a file, but i dont know what program/format use. I started using MS Access, but realised that ive forgot all i knew about this program. Maybe i will make a little program in Borland C to have all the info OK ?? If not, suggest me ideas about what program should i use.
