Wher do I find the lich that I get the arms from? And also when and where is the man wearing red? I can't find him either and if I search much longer I'm gonna pass out on my keyboard and I hate that 'causr it leaves little red squares on your face when I awaken.

The man wearing red is in the bridge district near an unmarked house south of the temple.

The liches are Kangaxx (docks)
One in the run down inn at the gates, and one near the Unseeing Eye's lair in the sewers below the temple district

Hi !

I actually do not remember which parts were where, but anyway: one location is the tomb you come across during the Unseeing Eye quest
in the dungeons that you can enter from the sewers below the Temple district, the other location is in the "basement" of the small house next to the "other" ( I think it is called "x Tavern") inn in the Bridge District, more or less across the street from the sole temple there.

And by coincidence you will stumble on the man dressed all in red right when you are about to enter that very house in the Bridge district.

Yep. Yoricks right. Just explore the bridge district. You'll see him... he is TOO red to be missed.

As a sidenote, you need to have talked to and threatened that bum undertaker in the graveyard before he'll show up. He's just north of where the bloke crawled out of the grave.
