Cleric, you might want to rephrase your question a bit more succinctly? It's kind of a broad topic

I mean where i must start whit, where i must go, F.E. : That i must go to a spesefic(SPELLING!!) house, talk to a person.

Memnoch wants to know what class your character is as there are differnt quests, although I would hazard a guess you are playing as a cleric? If so there are three methods, all similar but dependent on your specialist faith. What, if any is it?

I am a normal cleric, but also a mage.

If you're Multi-Class you can't get a stronghold.

Then i hack the stuff whit the shadow keeper and become a normal cleric.

To start, where must I go, must i kill something?

Are you trying to get a stronghold or trying to do the unseeing eye quest?
I have yet to come across a cleric stronghold (mage,thief,ranger,fighter,bard, but no cleric) but I am sure there is one.
As for the unseeing eye quest, you start in the temple district with the 'prophet' speaking and then a priest of helm(??) talks to you and asks you to visit him in the Temple of Helm.

The Cleric Stronghold begins at the fulfilment of the Unseeing eye quest. When that is done totally you receive the Clerics Stronghold relative to your faith. I do believe multi/dual classed characters get a Stronghold, and it can be either classes, but once one is taken the second is impossible (without stretching circumstances ridiculously)
As Moridin stated the unseeing eye quest begins in the Temple district when Gaal starts preaching.
As Memnoch stated future questions could be more succinct to avoid confusion.
