I was just messing around when i thought i might try a Fighter/Mage/Thief for the party i had. I wont lie , i always roll for at least decent stats, but after only about 15 rolls i had come up with ...
STR 17
DEX 18
CON 13
INT 14
WIS 18
CHA 17

Has anyone else seen anything like this???
With the Paladin or Ranger it is easy to roll good stuff but i've never come close to this!
I was just wondering what everyone else's highest stats rolled were?

Armisael 02-04-2001 01:07 AM

Highest I ever got was...

STR: 18/98
DEX: 18
CON: 14
INT: 17
WIS: 10
CHR: 14

That's 91, and a damn good strength roll to boot. I thought it was pretty good, especially after only three or so rolls. My character's a fighter-mage dualclass.

ohh yeah thats another thing these were the stats before i rearranged them STR was 18/88. I've rolled 92 total point before this but it was for a Ranger which makes things easier.

Rikard T'Aranaxz 02-04-2001 04:13 AM

Yeah i rolled a 91 with my elven Ranger

18/78
19
17
10
18
7

And 92 with my Kensai mage

18/82
18
16
18
8
4

But you UF(O)
you got 97
damn maybe it has something to do with you class
But i don't like multiclass so i never tried

I have a question--why leave constitution below 18 on a warrior class? I'd sooner take away charisma, int, wis to raise constitution to 18--those 9-27 extra hit points can be the difference between life or death. Also, I try to keep int above 10 (12 so you can lose a point on it) so you can survive two mind attacks later on...

Roleplaying, mate. I'd like to think my bloke looks a bit better than a hat full of monkeys' bums, eh?

el_kalkylus 02-04-2001 08:20 PM

When I was making an archer, I got after a little modification:

str 16
dex 16
con 16
int 16
wis 16
cha 16

It is easy to get above 15 in average with a ranger for some reason.

G.W. 02-04-2001 08:58 PM

Still--I'd rather have 18 con and 15 int than 16 con and 17 int on a ranger-cleric...
