...as in the battle at the Docks?
Thx G. |
Cast negative plane protection on your best fighter and have 'em wallop the vampire with a +2 or better weapon (you might need +3 for some vampires). Or, get the azuredge throwing axe +3 from Bernard at the Copper Coronet, kills undead that don't save in one hit.
You can also try cleric spells like sunray or false dawn, if applicable.
Negative plane protection has a short duration so if your not able to defeat them before your protection ends I recommend buying a couple of restoration scrolls and carrying them around with you.
It's got thirty seconds. That's usually more than enough time to cut just about any vampire down to size. They're not that strong.
I just gotta have the upgraded Mace of disruption and then go get em boy.
If any of you guys dont know how to get the mace of disruption i will spoil it to ya.. Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler One can get the Mace of disruption from Bodhis lair in the gaveyard district and upgrade at Cromwells place with some ilithium ore. |
Daystar can do over 1000 points of damage to undead. 1047 actually. Wont SPOIL you on how to get it but its a nice long sword
What about Buffy?
There are times when I wish I could have her, but, Cleric, Mace of Disruption, turn undead. the turning undead will kill some of the lesser vampires, with pretty cool explosion, just like the d##n skeletons, why did they even bother, and it helps to have daystar's little sunray, or, if it's available, the cleric spell of the same name.
If the vampires are standing right next to each other, cast Chaos into the midst of them and watch em level drain each other untill they are a very easy kill... or if it is available, false dawn.
