I'm trying the game evil and I need to find Edwin. Also I wass reading a thread about 'what are the best npc's and no-one mentioned Valygar. Is he bad somehow. Did I miss it? I would appreciate any help here...

Spoiler

To find Edwin, you need to go to the Docks and speak to Renal Bloodscap (spelling??), who will give you a quest. Just follow the quest and it will eventually lead you to Edwin.

As for Valygar, he is decent provided you give him the proper weapon, such as magical katana.....but I consider his primary purpose is to get me into the planar sphere.

The thing with Valygar is that you'd get just as much interaction out of a pre-gen character, and you could give a pre-gen eighteen strength, too.

Is a pregen character part of the multi-game thing? 'cause I've tried to do that, but I think I would have to connect online to finish it and I haven't done that. (Bad experiences with other games like NOX.). If I need to do that, I might try it tho'. Tell me how...
Man, you guys answer fast. That's cool.

If you want to play with more than 1 character you have generated, then the first time you play you will need to play in multi-player game.

But I've heard that you can "transfer" the multi-player save game from the multi-directory to single player-directory through windows explorer (of course), that might do the trick.....or you can also convert from multi-player to single-player through Shadowkeeper (I think.....).

Thanks Accord, I will try that.

One more thing, I have really enjoyed reading this board. I've got a lot of good info here. Thanks!
