I didn't find it in the Saughin city. Where is it?

Damn, didn't kill her. She was a merchant and I just kept walking by her to the entrance to underdark.

Its not the merchant. Its on a rebel sauguin on the east side of the board. They attack you, its not too tough a battle. Happy Looting!

Step on the large circle in the center of that temple, and a whole swag of Sahuagin will appear. One of them has the cloak of reflection on it.

Grr, I missed looting it. I hate to go back.... so shadowkeeper, here I come.

Let's just get the terminology right to avoid confusing others who might read this thread. The Cloak of Mirroring is found in the Sahuagin city. This reflects all magic damage directed at the wearer. The Cloak of Reflection reflects all electrical damage. This is found in the Asylum dungeon.
