How do I get Anomen to become a knight of the most noble order of the radiant heart? if it can be done that is. He always talks about his test but never seem to be wanting to do it, why?

He gets a visit from a Knight of the order who tell's him, that he has two days to show up at the High Hall to be judged. The paladin approached me after I solved the Trademeet problem. So my idea it is a question of reputation and not level, because our reputation increased, but not his level.

I'm pretty sure it's (real) time-reliant.
