I've almost finished all the major quests in chaper two, including twisted rune and demilich, and have initiated and finished about 15 dialogs with jehira the first 3-5 days. she doesn't speak to me anymore. The event where she sneaks off to talk to the harpers has yet to happen, however I'm already in day 34 game time.
I've also initiated and finished the curse quest, and I reduced my reputation on day 27 to 10 (I thought this might be what's causing the romance to hang.)
everytime I rest at an inn I hope she sneaks off, however no dice. I want to move to chapter 3, however I'm afraid if I do the romance is really screwed. also in an earlier game when i was first learning BG2 I saw her sneak off in chapter 2, within day 10-15.

I've checked with shadow keeper and the romance active flag is on, as well as the match flag.

what am I doing wrong!

can I move to chapter 3 without blowing the romance?

oh, I've already bought her the locket, and i don't have either aerie or virconia in my party. also my character is female, and I used clua console cheats to init the romance scripts.

is there a way to trigger the harper quests?

There's no rule that says that the romance will stop just because you move to chap 3. It's an ongoing thing that probably does a probability check for a specific event to happen each day. Eventually it will happen. That didn't happen to me till i was in chap 6 so don't sweat it!
