I´ll give you a tip, noble elf.
Keldorn sucks, and he is not worth the amusement to go down the stairs to the temple district sewers

you need to go to the temple of helm and get the unseeing eye quest, then go down to the sewers and his located in the west side

After you have finished his quest, and then you get rid of him. Where woudl you find him again? i checked the sewers and he was not there....
