I found a chapel key in the dungeon in the Windspear Hills.
I cant figure out its use, or find a locked chapel..any one no?

And in the Docks District i've never been able to access the house right by
the Harper Strong Hold, any body no how to get in there?

The first q? don't remember the use for that key.

The second is that someone gives you a quest to enter, the fun is finding out who... -Good luck!!

Samia gives you the chapel key in the Windspear dungeon to go get that stupid book for her. If you didn't have it, you wouldn't be able to get the book. The chapel is where you go to get the book for her.

I don't think it's of any use outside of the Windspear dungeon.
