where can i find the mace of deseption +2 or what ever the name is

I think you mean the Mace of Disruption +2. The Mace of Disruption +1 is found in Bodhi's lair in a pool of blood, then you need to find some iridium by doing the Sir Sarles quest for the Temple of Helm. Then go see Cromwell.
