I've posted this message before, and alas, I am still having problems. The Temple Of Helm has asked my cleric/ranger to locate Travin, a thief, in the slums at night, in order to retrieve the Dawn Ring. However, I can't find him anywhere. I've looked in the place he's supposed to be (near the Northern Exit), but no Travin. Am doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
Is Travin only available at certain hours of the day (I've been looking for him in the late evening/early morning hours)? Help!

At night go to the slums, and look near the top map exit, He will ask you for money for the location of the ring. I haven't tried it but the location he sells to you is that home near the temple on top of the Copper cornet. But I don't know if it will be there if you don't buy the location.
