Hi !!! first thanks to everybody that answered my previews message !!! Thanks a Lot from this poor Warrior !!

Now I have some new doubts (I haven't finished the gaem yet so is ma first time...)

1)Now I know i must lose Yoshimo (sniff, he was a great character) and I dismiss him from the party, so I take Valygnar
Now I have a new Questions: There will be problems in the game if i don't taike imoen in the party ? I will miss
some quests or some parts of the plot ?

2)I read in a walkthrough that if i finish the xzar quest and return montaron to him, then i'll must kill the arpist,
if i do so, jahera will leave the party ?

3)I really need a ring of sorcery, where i can find it ? (I need gauntlet of dexterity too, if you know where they
are...)

4)I finish the eyeless cult quest by killing everyone without enjoy the order, so i can't access the secret part of the sewer dungeon... so I use the cheat that show all the map and then the one that transport the party where the mouse cursor is, in this way i found some curious things:

A) How can I get in the Dungeon with the rooms full of mind flyers ? it is a part of which quest ? (now i'm on chapter three so if this quest begin in a future chapter please don't spoil anything

B) How could I get the dongeon with the ghoul's city ? There must be a location from where you can reach the city
but i don't have any idea about its position... if anyone know it....

please be patient with me because is the first time i play this great game (I finish BG1 six times before leave it in the box !)

In answer to #2, when I did it, I returned "Montaron" (snicker) to Xzar and then a Harper "warped" in and assassinated Xzar.

1.According to Memnochminster no-one forces you to have any character in your party. You'll miss some interesting dialogue, and possibly some experience, but then most of the characters have their own quests/interesting dialogue anyway, so nothing is new there.

I'd advise taking Imoen when she's on offer, but don't stress if you really don't want to. Maybe just keep her until she finds that which is missing. (Cryptic so it won't spoil. You'll know what I mean at the time)

2. Jahiera will leave the party but not for very long. She is a very loyal character and will find you even if you're the over the other side of Amn from where she left.

3. Gauntlets of Dext. are in the Ghoul 'City" you mentioned. Don't know about the ring of sorcery

4.a)The secret purple door in the sewers? If you mean the one near the entrance from the temple district, next to a party that attacks on sight, that can't be opened until you complete a mission for Lord Jierden Firkraag, who resides in the Copper Coronet. You'll find the 'sewer key' on an old enemy. (Again won't spoil) This gives access to the mind flayer rooms you were referring to. If you mean after the tomb with the old blind man - that's an exit for later in the quest.

4.b)The Ghoul's city is accessed by doing the unseeing eye quest in the correct succession. You mentioned you killed everything or something?

You need to talk to Ghaal near the entrance to the Cultists lair in the LOWER sewers and he'll ask you to do something for him. Follow the quest and talk to people and you'll find it. I won't say more in case I spoil.

The Mindflayer Dungon is somwere in the underdark , you wil find there the hit of the Exalizer(spelling) too .

Cleric, that's not the Mind Flayer dungeon I was referring to. I was referring to the one in the sewers.
