Yea, you can use the lv.4 spell "Minor Sequencer" to cast spells of the lv.2 circle or lower, or use the lv.6 spell "Contingency" to store 1 spell to be cast under a certain condition, or use the lv.7 spell "Spell Sequencer" which casts spells that must be of the lv.4 circle or lower. There's probably more but I don't feel like looking them up, look in your game manual on page 108-215 for Wizard/Preist spells. In my opinion, if you like spell-casters, you should be a sorcerer, they are able to cast spells multiple times without resting, but can't learn spells from scrolls and they learn them slower.

The only problem with Sorcorer for a new player is that you really have to know your spells, because once you've picked one you're stuck with it and you only get to add spells as you level up. I'd probably recommend an Elven Fighter/Mage if you're into spell casting. You can take a bit of damage, hold a decent sword or specialise in longbow, and safely cast spells/fire arrows from a distance. It'll allow you to get a good feel for the game if you're new to it.

If you're familiar with Baldurs Gate/Icewind Dale discount all that I said and pick any class. They're all good in my opinion, it's just some are easier to play than others.

I was an Elven Fighter/mage at first, but I quit and started as a Sorcerer and learned they could cast spells multiple times, and then I tried to be a Mage kit.., but I couldn't stand not being able to cast Magic Missle more than 1 time, but your probably right, when you become a Sorcerer, you'll never want to go back.

P.S: There is a lv.9 spell, "Chain Contingency", that allows you to choose 3 spells to be cast under a certain condition. I think thats all of those type spells (store and cast mutiples).

P.P.S: Hasbro sux

P.P.P.S: (Hasbro)
