I was thinking about the main character. If you are the child of Bhaal who is supposed to be some kind of Demigod then shouldn't your attributes be better than the regular joe adventurer. I've played both ways (normal computer rolls and character editor)and found each entertaining in their own way. I was just curious about what the rest of world thought.

The only time I use the attribute editor is to move points (as when I realized having 4 intelligence wasn't a good idea, or having any spare points in charisma). I take pride in my ability to get 18/00's on my PC characters and have otherwise perfect stats, even if it takes an hour to roll. But every game guide says, roll the 18/00. I suspect most people don't know how to get the 18/00's; it's not a matter of rerolling.

I only used it to change some weapon profs, but that is a good point....if we are supposed to be a son of a God, we should be a little more buff.

I don't think so. The two halves don't co-exist together, you're either one (your character) or the other (slayer). I got a damn good roll last night, though - 91 all up with a strength bonus of 98! Best roll so far.
