I now play a true neutral Skald. I currently have:
Me (Skald)
Yoshimo
Korgan
Jaheira
Minsc
Viconia

And I want Edwin in, but the dilemma is all my current NPCs are decent. I can't kick ANY of the tanks, thieves OR clerics, so who will I say farewell to?

And also, how am I gonna even break the fight bet. good/Evil NPCs anyway? AND about rep problem (no, not using Baldurdash's oh - so - wonderful "happy" patch)????

Man thats hard
You got 2 tanks
1 cleric
1 thief
1 fighter/druid

Hmmm i dont know which one you should kick cos they all look like what you need. It would be easier to put other ppl in. Anomen can be a very good cleric and a very good fighter (if you can stand whining, not always though). Hmmm Jan is a thief (excellent thief), and an illusionist. But i like Yoshi better, He's more like Samurai not a gnome hehe :). It looks like you got a pretty evil party there. Jaheira and Minsc two good guys (or J is neutral). Hard mate. Puting dual-classed ppl is ok i guess. Aerie (only if you like her) would be ok since shes a dicent mage/cleric.
Anyone else with opinions???

Get rid of one of your tanks, or your druid. Personally, I'd keep the druid, and chuck Minsc. His alignment doesn't match too well with the others, much as I like him as a character.

Get rid of Minsc. His alignment doesn't match the others, and you need the mage spells.

You're looking at the whole neutrality thing the wrong way. I am playing a true neutral Avenger (w/Korgan, Jaheira, Anomen, Edwin, and Jan), and sometimes I do the good thing (when I would get much better quest (XP) awards, other times I take the path of the moist material gain, other times I just do what I want to and what I think is right (example: slavery is wrong...even Korgan agreed with me), and other times I commit evil acts.

Neutrality is the ultimate freedom...do what you want, when you want.

Rep management is easy...if it gets too high, steal something or kill somebody. If it gets too low (those pesky Knights or Cowlers come after you, and prices get too high), just spend a little gold at a temple.

See...easy!
