I am in the mindflayer dungeon and I was doing really well eg not dying and I got the circlet of control but I can,t find a single mindflayer and I can,t reload a game cause I thought I was doing well so I quicksaved!!!

Ok go to the room where you got the liqued for the slaves, there will always be one there. Good luck with the int. drain! Also if you didnt get past the locked door yet then you havent fought any *real* groups of Flayers. Also you could become slayer and force open the door.
