Hey Cleric,
Go TeamBG.com, there you should find what your after.
You'll need to download Infinity Engine Editor Pro(IEEP), and also the VB6 files so you can run the program.
If you need any help you can go to there Forum, I moderate the Item Editing forum there so I'll answer any questions you may have.
