Perhaps i dont understand this dual class thing. I start a fighter with alignment n, and a charisma of 17, wisdom of 17 and then start the game, trying to dual him to a druid and most of the times my options are only either a thief(?) or a cleric(?)... Are only certain human classes allowed to dual, or are there any restrictions i dont seem to understand. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know that you CAN dual to a Druid. Even though you can multi-class it.

You can dual from a druid but not to a druid.

to bad you can't make druid-mages
sciminars are better then maces or flails
