sorry to be dim, but...

i am currently running on a partial install (SOA/TOB) but i want to switch to a full install. can i do this without losing my current game?

As long as you just save the game properly in the save-folder, you can uninstall and install as much as you want without your game beeing erased.</font>

The worst that will happen is that any "tweaks" you have placed into the override folder will be gone, so copy the .itm, .spl, etc you may have altered/created into a holding folder and put them back after the reinstall.
