Hello, I have been playing the BG game now for 1 mo and now I am looking for the ( totsc ) add-on.Do i get it at a store or is it just the down load from the BG web site ... Please help!!!!

I donno if you can download it but you're suppost to buy it in the store and there's also a version with baldur's gate and totsc both but thats not very usefull anymore is it

Hi, you know, I had the same problem as you have. I couldnt find the add-on annywhere. I live in holland and BG is a very big hit here. So I guessed they where all sold out or not availlible annymore. I had to buy the complete BG + BG TotSC set. But I dont think it will cost you very much, with NWN, IWD and BG ][ in the near/far fututre. And the add-on is pretty old.

P.S. : I recomend you to buy this set, because TotSC is a must-have for all BG fans. Its marvelous !

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but as far as I know TOTSC is no longer available as a game in itself. It ships now as an extra CD in the original box. I think the only way you can get this is to buy the combined pack.

Hey try calling your loacl Best Buy and ask them if they have it or can get it. Even Wal mart can order it. if it can be....

I was looking for TOTSC also (i live in Australia). I found it today and installed it with enthusiasm, only to find that "This version will only run in Canada and the United States!" I bought it from a reputable store so i am hoping downloading the international patch will fix it (currently 32 of 14671 Kb on a 33kbps connection, ugh).
Anybody else had this experience? Will the patch fix it or do i need to take it back and get the international version?

Well, I've downloaded and installed the patch and i dont get the wrong country message anymore, however a new error message is now presented to me:
An assertion failed in D:\Dev\Baldur\UIControlButtons.cpp at line number 302.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Ok, yeah, found the solution to this problem on interplay's web site - i downloaded the wrong patch.
I just hope the apparent solution to the country problem still applies with the correct patch...
