Can anybody tell me where i can find the celestial fury? I've look every where but cant find it and it would be a cool weapon for an assasin.

In the temple district, there is a big house(right side of the map in the middle); i think its marked on the map as "guarded residence" or something like that.

It's on the 2nd floor of the Slaver HQ in the Temple District, behind the Radiant Heart HQ. However, be prepared for a tough fight to get it.

Is there a quest related to killing these slavers? It seems like there is, but I don't know who to go to for the reward.

No, it's not really a quest, just a little battle. You can win it fairly easily if you use the emotion and chaos spells on the group.
