I didn't search the first floor of harper base good enough and ended up killing the sprit harpists at 2nd floor. They were good exp too =) Later I found the harper necklace thingie but it was a bit too late and I was going with quicksave and I don't have a good enough save(around 1 hour of play time if I repeat everything). So should I repeat or is it ok to kill the sprit harpists? Do they give you a quest later on or anything?
