Anybody knows how to recharge items ? (Wands, ...)

Yep. Sell them to a storekeeper and buy it back. Costs a bit of money, of course.

Or....
buy some potions of Master Thievery (you'll probably find some as well - collect them). Make your thief drink a couple of em (till his/her pickpocket ability is +/- 260). Then go to one of the thief merchants (for example Fovin in the Docks District, Roger in the Sewers) They're mostly only there at night. Now sell all your wands and steal them back! This tactic has provided me with wands of: Lightning, Heavens, Monster Summoning, Missiles, Fear, Frost with 100 charges each (!!!!) for free! Do this with all the wands you find

Yeah, I forgot about that. Then you can sell the wands back for lots of lolly, too. I like fences.

Can you sell a stolen item back to shop? If it does, you can only do that way once, right?

You can sell stolen items to a fence any amount of times.

Just browsing through the forum and found this topic - thought I'd put a few stats up.
When you recharge the wands the charges you get (only wands I've tried)
Cloudkill 100 charges
Resurrection 10 charges
Fear 100 charges
Monster summoning 50 charges
Lightning 50 charges
Heavens 100 charges
Magic Missile 100 charges
Haven't tried the steal/buy routine yet, but I will soon!!!!
