1, where is the vampire whose supposed to be waiting in the graveyard at night ? is she not there because i have finished the thieves traitor mission?
2, wheres the man in RED ( kidnapper ), supposed to be on the bridge or somewhere else in the town, can not find him!(graveyard quest)
3, who do i have to speak to, to adopt the little girl?( graveyard quest )

Dont know for sure bout the first two,but there is a paladin somewhere in the graveyard distrect who will adopt the girl

1. If u do the thieves quest or wait too long, you can no longer side with the vamps.
2. Bridge district, house slighty below and near the water where the merchants are.

I didn't see the Paladin you need to adopt the little girl until I finished the buried alive quest in the graveyard. After that, you can find him wandering in the graveyard near the buried alive grave.
