where could i find other NPCs in the game??!! i only found korgan, mincs, jeheira, yoshimo, nalia,anomen.........

Off the top of my head in no particular order:

Keldorn - sewers beneath the temple district
Haer'Dalis - Get the quest from the Five Flagons inn in the bridge district for him
Jan Jansen - Gov. District, south of the main building
Valygar - Umar Hills
Viconia - Gov. District, south of the entrance, on a stake
Aerie - Waukeen's Promenade, circus tent
Mazzy - Abandoned temple, in a jail cell
Edwin - Docks District, Mae'Var's guild hall (have to accept Renal Bloodscalp's quest to get him)
Cernd - Trademeet

I've edited the original post, so you should probably edit or delete (doubtful) yours so the one person who doesn't know who the mystery NPC in ToB is will see it.

You missed Nalia and Anomen, both of whom incidentally can be found in the Copper Coronet.
I'm not sure what Nalia's alignment is (either CG or NG) but Anomen's is Lawful Neutral.

If you manage to get him accepted as a Knight, his alignment will change to LG, if he fails, he'll become CN.
