1. Arrogant twit
2. Self - righteous in every sense
3. Puts u down (esp. in Romance - thinks the adventures in BG1 were bullsh*t)
4. WHINES!!!!!!!!ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
5. Low DEX
6. Low WIS (But gets better if he passes the test)
7. Voice acting - fire whoever did this idiot's voice!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. THE ONLY ROMANCE INTEREST 4 FEMALES!!!!!!!!WHY NOT DO KORGAN AS WELL THEN BLACK ISLE???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Feel free to write anything about him - I am a freelancer and won't be joining any clans but I do agree w/ all the things Anti - Anomen society has to say about him - but he IS effective tank w/ shield IMO. I dumped him 4 Keldorn and will dump Minsc/Jaheira 4 Mazzy.

I find Anomen to be a very effective priest once he passes the test (except when I was playing an evil party and made him fail on purpose - that was fun.) He really doesn't come into his own until the higher levels, then he's unstoppable.

Aerie, on the other hand, is the most annoying character in any game ever. Irritating voice, extremely un-cute stuttering, constant whining about her wings. Boo hoo. Uhg..

Spelca 01-07-2002 07:09 AM

Oh, but he's so cute, isn't he? *bleurgh* Hehehehe.

Yeah i hate Aerie
Anomen is an arrogant twit and piece of sh1t in the beginning
But when he passed the test (and argued with everyone in my team, Keldorn included) he became OK. First he said that Keldorn sucked (jealous) then when he passed he said that he is a fine example of courage and blah blah blah. When you fail he screams how pathetic and stupid Keldorn is. Ya ya, i can live with it.

You are all now eligible to put the "Anti-Anomen Society" in your sigs. Don't worry, not a clan, just an attitude. Except you, Jonni. (casts "Must spend eternity hearing "WHat is it, this time?") :D

~yawn~ Another clan?
Oh, I'm sorry, it's not a clan, it's an attitude ;)

Personally I thought the continuation of Anomen's romance in TOB was quite good ;)

I know, Mel, I know. For a long time I put "Sorry Melusine" on any anti -Anomen post I did.

Heh, well, I do promote Anomen as an NPC, but more for his functionality rather than his personality (blech). But he IS rather hilarious to poke fun at. Like Joan Collins as Alexis in "Dynasty"; he's like the obnoxious soap opera rake you love to hate! :D
