Must have a rouge stone for the portal in the bridge distrikt.
Do anyone have the cheat for gems?

You can buy one (or steal) off a magic merchant in a building in the dock district. That's what i did.

I don't understand???? I have like 6 Rogue Stones. It seems like I pick them up in every quest. I've sold at least 3 of them, yet people are always looking for them. (I know you need them to enter the room in the Bridge district / did that) I've just always had plenty of them. Are they random items?

Yes they are Random Items they are everywhere I have 9 of them right now.
