how do I get the Stirng to the Gesen Bow?

you can find the strings in The Asylum on the second floor of the dungeon in the chest surrounded by the three golems

I am finished with the Asylum, is it still possible to get the sting?

just bumbing it back up to the top because I would really like to know. can I still get the Stirng to the Gesen Bow after finishing the asylum??

I haven't tried to go back to the Spellhold Island after traveling through the underdark, but I suppose it is possible, so just try it out!
Go to the City Gates, click on Brynnlaw or the Asylum and see if you can travel there. If you can, then you'll probably also be able to go back into the maze and retreive the G-String (er...Gesen-String, that is ~lol~)

How d'you feel about cheating? Cause you could just type in the area code with CLUAConsole. I haven't got the exact code at hand, but it's on the Ironworks page (among others)

This way it would feel less cheaty than if you'd just cheat the entire bow into your inventory
