Correct. The only thing an Archer can dual to is Cleric. Not such a good idea, since you can't use Bows as a Cleric, lol.

I tried to make a duel class from Archer to Thief ! I got very frustrated by failed attempts (I edited stats with Shadowmaker just to be sure ... everything 19 !!!!). I read that there cannot be an alignmen conflict. Ok, but that cant be the problem, cos a thief can be any aliegnment except Lawful Good. So, anyone got the answer ??

are you human? i seem to remember not being able to use any of the ranger kits for multi/dual classes. this is wrong but i didn't make these rules...

the only allowed dualclass combos are the same as the multi-class ones.. ie the only thing a ranger can dual to is cleric (I think) ..

You can only dual if your dual class is a multiclass aswell
theres no ranger/mage thus there's no ranger dual to mage (and yes achers are rangers)
