Found Kangaxx torso at Bridge District. But where is the legs abt arms? Tks.

Kangaxx' limbs are with the Shade Lich, which is in the lower tunnels of the temple district sewers (nearby to the cult of the unseeing eye). You need to accept the unseeing eye quest and get Gaal's key to get into the room with his sarcophagus.

The head is in the Docks district, next to Maevar's guildhouse.
