I was woundering if theres a code to create sarevok. I know how to create dragons and the mind flayers etc etc. Whats the console command to make sarevok?? thanks.

Have you tried CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("sarevok")? Do you have ToB? If not you can't get a playable character...
