Here's the deal. I installed the offical patch and then I, in a total lapse of attention, "accidentally" installed the lvl 50 patch for Bg1 into my Bg2 overide folder.(Oops)
Imeddiatly I installed the bg2 lvl 50 patch and exp cap remover and proceeded to play. My game started up fine, but my lvl 13 druid who has 1,395,000 exp suddenly leveled up! I checked the character and the new exp requirement for 14th lvl druid is 1,350,000 instead of 1,500,000 like it was originally and in the game manual.
So which patch did this? Did the bg1 lvl 50 patch tweek my exp charts or was it the one of the other patches? Is this a change in the offical patch I overlooked in the readme file?
My guess is its the bg2 lvl 50 patch, though not an educated guess. Anyway, Will my druid now progress over 14th lvl ? If so KICK ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something disturbing I just noticed. My 14th lvl monk needs -1 exp level up!!! Has the BG1 patched ruined my monk and upgraded my druid or what?

i am not sure about the patch, but the -1 usually means that you have attained all the levels available.

Its official. I now have 15th lvl druid, And it appears further progression is on the priest exp chart. I'm bummed out about the monk, but I took the opportunity to import a bard to try for the first time. I love that lore bonus!!!
