i am attempting to do one of the sub quests and a high paladin has asked me to help him with a renegade paladin and was instructed that he can be found in the bridge district WHERE??????????????????????????????????

They're in the bottom right corner of the Bridge map.

When you go back to the Bridge District hug the wall and go down toward the bottom of the map, it's a tight fit. You'll come accross a group of about 6 fallen Paladin's and 8 or 9 smugglers, you can't miss them. Help the Paladin's deal with the smugglers and your foot is in the door.
