I need help....ever since my pervious incarnation was killed my addiction to the caps lock key was over....but then it cam back....

At first i could resist it easily, no problem, i could use it occasionaly for emphisis on certain words...but then it got worse... everywhere i went the caps lock followed me, even now i strain to write this WITHOut BURSTiNg INTo CAP..S....LO..c.K...

You could tear it out of the keyboard and stick to shift. Shift's a good alternative, sort of like a nicotine patch. Weaned me off the dreaded caps pretty well.
