Hi i was wanted to play a ranger with out duel classing i was just wandering what is the best kit for a ranger

Personally, I think the true class ranger (no kit) is the best. almost all the good ranger benefits, none of the harsh restrictions of the kits.

The Archer by far. My archer with a racial enemy of dragons was instrumental in my slaying of firkraag without using some cheap tactic ie; setting a ton of traps, or that damn fog of war. And once you kill the black dragon you can get one of the best armors in the game for him.
