Third time through the game, but i've never ever found a merchant that sells either of these scrolls ....
Does someone know where they are to be bought/found ???

When u do the Unseeing eye quest, and go down to the temple, in the first room (before the bridges), theres a trapped container on a rock face which has Tensers Tranformation in it. </font>
