hey I am in the elven city.... well the names not importent some of the people there are asking how I got into there city since I am not an elf. well I was wondering if it would make a difference if I was playing an elf. would they still be asking me how I got in? is there any thing I need to be an elf for? Like a sidequests??

The only time I finished the game I was a half-elf and nobody asked me how I got into the city. There are some NPC reactions that depend on your race, and this is probably one of them. However, I don't think there are any quest attached to it. The different reaction is just to make the game more varied.

thanks...but I am a half-elf also and two people have said something about it including the high priestess Demis or something like that.

No, they'd probably just ask how an 'outsider' got into the city, or somesuch.
