When I played through the game the first time, I found a ring really early on that jacked my charisma to 18. I didn't come accross it this time, does anyone remember where it is?

It's on the body of the gnome in the circus quest. I utilize that ring by making sure none of my characters have any more than 3 charisma and whenever I wanna buy something or talk to someone important, I put the ring on. It's great to have all my characters with 18 of all dex, wis, con, and int. (girdle of strength is found in the adventurer's mart and one other location I don't remember (19, wuw!)).
